How is this different from a normal model in our catalogue?

Normal catalogue model

You can choose any home from our catalogue, with a wider range of sizes and optional extras. The listed model price does not include all project costs. Construction, transport, the foundation and optional extras are priced separately. Inclusions vary depending on the home type and model.

Pikin Dyompo package

Choose from four fixed floor plans. Construction, the ceiling, interior walls, insulation, kitchen, bathroom and toilet are already included in the package price. The foundation, floor, painting and transport are not.

Caribbean A.T.O. supplies the homes, while Multi Change Express handles the on-site construction, kitchen installation and selected extras.

Payment in instalments may be available. Once the payment arrangement has been confirmed, 60% is paid upfront. The remaining 40% is paid in instalments according to an agreed payment schedule.

Before requesting a quote, make a list of your requirements. Interior: rooms, kitchen, bathroom and finishes. Site and exterior: building location, foundation, electricity and water connections, and porch. This allows us to prepare one complete quote and minimise repeated revisions.
