Terms and conditions
These terms apply to all quotes, agreements and deliveries of Caribbean A.T.O., based at Ring Center Plaza, Ringweg Zuid #193-195, 2nd floor, Paramaribo, Suriname.
Quotes and prices
The prices on the website are prices for the model only. They are not the total price of the project. Your personal quote lists the model, building it on your land, transport, the foundation (the base under the house) and the extras you chose. Each part has its own final price. An agreement only starts after Caribbean A.T.O. has confirmed it in writing. Unless we say otherwise, prices do not include permits, taxes or import duties.
Delivery and planning
Delivery times we give are only a guess. They are not strict deadlines. We always agree on delivery, building and any extra services in writing first. Sometimes we cannot control things like transport, weather or customs. If that causes a delay, you cannot cancel or ask for money back.
Payment
Payment in instalments may be available. Once the payment arrangement has been confirmed, 60% of the total price is paid upfront. The remaining 40% is paid in instalments according to an agreed payment schedule. The term, instalment amounts and other conditions are agreed for each project. The payment plan only counts after we approve it in writing and put it in the quote or agreement.
Warranty and responsibility
We put the warranty for each product and project in writing. In every case, we are responsible for no more than the amount paid for that delivery. We are not responsible for damage that comes from something else going wrong.
Pictures and details
We make the pictures, sizes and details on the website and in brochures with care. They can still differ from the product you get. You cannot claim anything because of a clear mistake.
Which law applies
The law of Suriname applies to all agreements. If we disagree, the right court in Paramaribo will decide.
We change these terms when our services or the law change. Last updated: August 2026.
