About this model
Named after the orange palm fruit that all of Suriname looks forward to around Easter. A family home that is just as nice to look forward to: a roomy 75 square meters, for people who really want to live in it.
The Awara Resort is a wooden house. Your quote lists the model version, the move-in ready package if you pick it, and any extra options. Water, power and sewer lines outside the house are not automatically included.
The number of rooms is an estimate based on the floor area. We set the final layout at the first meeting and write it in your quote.
