About this model
The sabaku is the white heron that lands by the water in the evening. Elegant and light, just like this home of 63 square meters.
The Sabaku is a wooden house. Your quote lists the model version, the move-in ready package if you pick it, and any extra options. Water, power and sewer lines outside the house are not automatically included.
The number of rooms is an estimate based on the floor area. We set the final layout at the first meeting and write it in your quote.
