No surprises: you see beforehand what your price consists of and how the project runs.

What does your price consist of?

The price of a home model is not the total price of your project. Your project is built up from these parts.

  • Assembly, foundation, logistics and chosen extras are quoted separately.
  • Logistics is based on your building location, inside and outside Greater Paramaribo.
  • Groundwork and site preparation are available on request.
  • External connections (water, power, sewage/septic) are not standard.
  • Extras are optional and only part of the order when they are in your quote.
  • What exactly is included differs per model. You can see this on the model page.

How your project runs

  1. Intake

    We get to know you and your wishes.

  2. Proposal

    You receive a personal quote. Tell us your model, building location and wanted options, via the website, email or WhatsApp.

  3. Preparation

    Everything is prepared following the planning in your quote.

  4. Handover

    You receive the keys to your home.

  • One fixed contact person from the first conversation to the handover of the keys.
  • With your quote you receive a clear planning that is kept up to date.
  • Clear agreements and fixed moments of communication. All agreements are put in writing beforehand.

Paying and financing

Payment in instalments may be available. Once the payment arrangement has been confirmed, you pay 60% upfront on the price of the house model only, excluding VAT. This down payment does not apply to extras. The remaining 40% is paid in instalments according to an agreed payment schedule. The term, instalment amounts and other conditions are agreed for each project.
