Question 1

What is included as standard with a wooden house?

Accepted Answer

The model price covers the frame, windows and doors, and any parts the model says it includes. Insulation, a finished ceiling, pipes inside, finished interior walls, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and rain gutters only come with a move-in ready package that you asked for and we confirmed. The ground floor gets its own quote. For a model with an upper floor, only the wooden floor of that upper floor is in the model price.

Question 2

Can I add options like a kitchen upgrade?

Accepted Answer

Yes. These options are only included if they are in your quote.

Question 3

What does a bathroom set or kitchen cupboard upgrade cost?

Accepted Answer

We talk about bathroom items and kitchen upgrades when you request a quote. Your quote only lists the version you pick and the final price for each part.

Question 4

Can I pay in instalments?

Accepted Answer

Payment in instalments may be available. Once the payment arrangement has been confirmed, you pay 60% upfront on the price of the house model only, excluding VAT. This down payment does not apply to extras. The remaining 40% is paid in instalments according to an agreed payment schedule. The term, instalment amounts and other conditions are agreed for each project.
